摘要
为解决多电机带式输送机由于其电机本身机械特性的差异性、工况突变等情况而导致的功率不平衡问题,在对当前基于主从控制策略的功率平衡控制效果进行综合评估的基础上,提出采用以模糊神经网络为核心的多电机功率平衡的智能控制系统,并基于Simulink软件建立仿真模型,对三电机带式输送机在模糊神经网络控制器下的启动特性和负载突变工况下的控制精度及响应速度进行验证,取得理想结果。
In order to solve the power imbalance problem of multi-motor belt conveyor due to the difference of mechanical characteristics of the motors themselves and the sudden change of working conditions,on the basis of a comprehensive assessment of the effect of the current power balance control based on the master-slave control strategy,we propose a fuzzy neural network as the core of the multi-motor intelligent control system for the power balance and establish a simulation model based on the Simulink software,which can be used to control the power balance of the multi-motor belt conveyor.The starting characteristics of multi three-motor belt conveyor under the fuzzy neural network controller and the control accuracy and response speed under the sudden change of load conditions are verified,and the ideal results are achieved.
