摘要
为了解决传统采煤机控制系统性能低、故障率高的问题,设计了一种基于PLC控制技术的新型智能采煤机控制系统。在对采煤机的结构组成及原理进行简单分析后,以PLC控制手段为核心,展开了对系统总体结构与功能的设计。试验证明,所研制的采煤机智能控制系统对提高采煤机的作业效率具有良好的效果,减少了事故的发生,确保了煤矿的高效、稳定、连续生产。
In order to solve the problems of low performance and high failure rate of traditional coal mining machine control system,a new type of intelligent coal mining machine control system based on PLC control technology is designed.After a simple analysis of the structural composition and principle of coal mining machine,the design of the overall structure and function of the system is carried out with PLC control means as the core.Practice has proved that the developed intelligent control system of coal mining machine has a good effect on improving the operational efficiency of coal mining machine,reducing the occurrence of accidents and ensuring the efficient,stable and continuous production of coal mine.
