摘要
数字孪生虚拟仿真技术在智能产线运维中有着不可或缺的作用。以冬奥打磨智能装备为载体,基于PQFactory数字孪生平台,搭建了火炬打磨工作站数字化模型,编写机器人程序和PLC程序,通过IOServer数据采集系统,完成火炬外壳打磨智能装备的数字孪生集成调试。试验表明,将数字孪生仿真技术运用到智能装备的运行调试中,可大大提高真实设备调试中的安全性,缩短装备落地时间,降低生产成本。
Digital twin virtual simulation technology plays an indispensable role in the operation and maintenance of intelligent production lines.It completed the digital twin integration debugging of the intelligent equipment for polishing the torch shell through the IOServer data collection system,which it built a digital model of the torch polishing workstation,written robot programs and PLC programs,and used the IOServer data collection system,which using the Winter Olympics polishing intelligent equipment as the carrier,it based on the PQFactory digital twin platform.Experiments have shown that:It can greatly improve the safety of real equipment debugging,shorten equipment landing time,and reduce production costs which applying digital twin simulation technology to the operation and debugging of intelligent equipment.
