摘要
针对西山煤电集团某矿井通风系统无通风逆向隔断装置,存在严重安全隐患的问题,设计了一种通风逆向隔断装置。介绍了该装置的结构、具体工作原理,并进行了应用验证。结果表明:新设计的矿井通风逆向隔断装置、反应灵敏、动作可靠、安全稳定性高,能很好地满足矿井通风逆向隔断需求,且制作成本低、经济性好,达到了预期效果,具有一定的推广应用价值。
Aiming at the problem that there is no ventilation reverse isolation device in a mine ventilation system of Xishan Coal and Electricity Group and there is a serious safety hidden danger,a ventilation reverse isolation device is designed,the structure of the device,the specific working principle is introduced,and application verification is carried out,and the application results show that:the newly-designed ventilation reverse isolation device of the mine is responsive,reliable in action,and has high safety stability,and it can meet the requirements of mine ventilation and reverse isolation well.Reverse isolation needs,and low production costs,good economy,to achieve the expected results,has a certain value of popularisation and application.
