摘要
为解决双电机或多电机皮带机在实际生产中“大马拉小车”和功率不平衡的问题,在对皮带机工况进行概述的基础上,针对皮带机节能运行提出了双层结构的动态控制理念,对运速预测的同时实现其实时控制的目的;针对皮带机功率平衡控制提出了采用基于模糊神经网络控制策略取代传统的主从控制策略,提高了控制系统的响应速度和控制精度。
In order to solve the problem of double-motor or multi-motor belt conveyor in the actual production of"big horse-drawn cart"and power imbalance,on the basis of an overview of the belt conveyor's working conditions,the dynamic control concept of double-layer structure is proposed for the energy-saving operation of the belt conveyor to achieve the prediction of the speed of the conveyor and real-time control at the same time;and a fuzzy neural network-based control strategy is proposed to replace the traditional main power balance and energy-saving operation for the power balance control of the belt conveyor.For the power balance control of the belt machine,a fuzzy neural network-based control strategy is proposed to replace the traditional master-slave control strategy,which improves the response speed and control accuracy of the control system.
