摘要
基于综采工作面设备列车传统采用回柱绞车进行牵引时,牵引工序繁琐、劳动作业强度大且安全系数低等问题,朔州煤电有限公司辅助运输科通过技术研究,对综采工作面设备列车传统牵引方式进行优化改进,采用液压卡轨车牵引,并应用于小峪煤矿8128工作面。应用效果证明,液压卡轨车具有运行稳定性强、安全系数高、灵活性高等优点,大大提高了综采工作面设备列车牵引效率,取得了显著应用成效。
Based on the technical problems of cumbersome traction process,labour intensity and low safety coefficient when the equipment train of comprehensive mining face is traditionally tractioned by column winch,Shuozhou Coal and Electricity Co.,Ltd.auxiliary transport section optimized and improved the traditional traction method of the equipment train of comprehensive mining face by adopting the hydraulic railcar,and applied it in the 8128 working face of Xiaoyu Coal Mine through technological research.The application effect proves that the hydraulic railcar has the advantages of strong running stability,high safety coefficient,high flexibility,etc.,which greatly improves the hauling efficiency of the equipment train in the comprehensive mining face,and achieves remarkable application results.
