两种非晶硅平板探测器DR系统床旁摄影成像质量的比较

摘要 目的:比较两种非晶硅平板探测器数字X射线摄影(DR)系统的胸部X线床旁摄影的成像质量。方法:选取2023年1—5月北京大学人民医院收治的80例肺炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组脱落5例,入选35例患者影像;观察组脱落3例,入选37例患者影像。对照组采用非晶硅GOS探测器,观察组采用非晶硅CsI探测器。比较两组患者主观评分、剂量、峰值电压、半价层、总滤过值;比较两组患者中心肺野、腋下软组织、第8椎体15 mm ROI的数值和噪声值以及相同输出量的情况下图像质量。结果:对照组峰值电压偏移值为+3.5%,观察组峰值电压偏移值为+0.01%。两组主观评分、剂量、总滤过值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组仪器的PV实际峰值电压、平均峰值电压、最大峰值电压值均高于对照组,观察组仪器的半价层和总滤过值低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者主观评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。客观测量结果中,两组患者中心肺野比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者测得的腋下软组织数值(1230±214)高于对照组患者(923±134),观察组患者测得的第8椎体15 mm ROI值(2950±77)高于对照组患者(2886±45),观察组仪器的噪声SD值(65±21)HU低于对照组(87±29)HU,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规剂量下两种DR成像板均能满足胸部X线床旁摄影的需要,非晶硅CsI成像板在70 kV的响应优于非晶硅GOS的成像板系统。 Objective To compare the imaging quality of chest X-ray bedside photography with two kinds of amorphous silicon flat panel detector digital radiography(DR)systems.Methods A total of 80 patients with pneumonia admitted to Peking University People’s Hospital from January to May 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.In the control group,5 patients dropped out,and 35 patients were enrolled.In the observation group,3 patients dropped out,and 37 patients were enrolled.The control group used an amorphous silicon(a-Si)detector with a gadolinium oxysulphide(GOS)screen,and the observation group used a detector based on caesium-iodide(CsI)and amorphous silicon(a-Si).The subjective score,dose,peak voltage,half-value layer and total filtration value were compared between the two groups.The values and noise of the central heart and lung fields,axillary soft tissue,the 8th vertebral 15 mm ROI and the image quality with the same output were compared between the two groups.Results The peak voltage offset value of the control group was+3.5%,and the peak voltage offset value of the observation group was+0.01%.There was no significant difference in subjective score,dose and total filtration value between the two groups(P>0.05).The actual PV peak voltage,average peak voltage and maximum peak voltage of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the half-price layer and total filtration value of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in subjective scores between the two groups(P>0.05).In the objective measurement results,there was no statistically significant difference in the central heart and lung fields between the two groups(P>0.05).The value of axillary soft tissue in the observation group(1230±214)was higher than that in the control group(923±134),and the value of 15 mm ROI of the 8th vertebral body in the observation group(2950±77)was higher than that in the control group(2886±45).The SD value of noise in the observation group was(65±21)HU,which was lower than that in the control group(87±29)HU,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The two DR Imaging plates can meet the needs of chest X-ray bedside photography at conventional doses.The response of amorphous silicon CsI imaging plate system at 70 kV is better than that of amorphous silicon GOS imaging plate system.
