类风湿关节炎相关肺间质病变中相关生物标志物的临床研究进展

摘要 类风湿关节炎(RA)除常累及骨骼与肌肉外,肺脏是RA最易累及的靶器官之一。肺部并发症是RA的主要关节外表现,同时也是重要的死亡原因,其中间质性肺病(ILD)较为常见,具有高发病率和高致死率。类风湿关节炎相关肺间质病变(RA-ILD)的致病机制目前尚未明确,因其具有极差预后的特征,故在临床中对于RA-ILD的尽早识别显得更为关键,有助于降低RA-ILD的死亡风险。本文对与RA-ILD可能相关的血清生物标志物的临床研究情况进行综述,分析其潜在临床意义,以为临床中病情的诊疗提供关键依据。 In addition to the bone and muscle frequently involved in rheumatoid arthritis(RA),the lung is one of the most easily involved target organs in RA.Pulmonary complications are the main extra-articular manifestations of RA,and also an important cause of death.Interstitial lung disease(ILD)is more common,and a large number of studies have shown that it has a high incidence rate and mortality.The pathogenic mechanism of rheumatoid arthritis associated interstitial lung disease(RA-ILD)is currently unclear,and due to its extremely poor prognostic characteristics,early identification of RA-ILD in clinical practice is more crucial,which helps to reduce the risk of death in RA-ILD.This article reviews the clinical research on serum biomarkers that may be associated with RA-ILD,and analyzes their potential clinical significance,so as to provide a key basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease in clinical practice.
