慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并焦虑抑郁障碍的研究进展

Research progress of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with anxiety and depression disorder

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是呼吸系统疾病中的常见病和多发病,其病情严峻,病死率也逐年上升。由于肺功能的持续衰弱,给患者的生活带来了不容忽视的影响,比如体重明显下降、营养状况恶化、骨骼肌功能障碍、心理健康受损、精神压力增加、睡眠障碍、焦虑、抑郁等。其中,焦虑、抑郁是最容易被忽略的,常得不到及时、有效的治疗,从而延误病情。本文对COPD伴随焦虑抑郁的危险因素、负性影响、治疗措施等方面进行综述,以期为临床医师提供有效的指导。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common and frequently occurring disease in respiratory system diseases,and its condition is serious,and the mortality rate is also increasing year by year.Due to the continuous weakness of lung function,it has brought a non-negligible impact on the life of patients,such as significant weight loss,deterioration of nutritional status,skeletal muscle dysfunction,impaired mental health,increased mental stress,sleep disorders,anxiety,depression and so on.Among them,anxiety and depression are the most easily ignored,often without timely and effective treatment,thus delaying the disease.This article reviews the risk factors,negative effects,and treatment measures of COPD accompanied by anxiety and depression,in order to provide effective guidance for clinicians.
