风寒型周围性面瘫的中医治疗进展

Progress in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of wind-cold type peripheral facial paralysis

周围性面瘫为多因素引发面神经麻痹导致面肌瘫痪所致的炎性疾病,可使患者出现口角歪斜、眼睛闭合不利以及耸鼻功能障碍等症状,进而对患者生活造成严重影响,需予以及时治疗。目前西医激素治疗是周围性面瘫的常用疗法,但其不良反应较多,且若患者发病时间过长,则激素疗法效果有限。中医疗法因其便捷、安全性高等已被临床广泛用于多疾病治疗,周围性面瘫也不例外。中医在治疗周围性面瘫时需辨证施治,目前,中医将周围性面瘫辨证分为风寒型、风热型以及风痰型3种证型。基于此,本文对风寒型周围性面瘫的中医疗法进行综述,以期提高周围性面瘫患者的治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。

Peripheral facial paralysis is an inflammatory disease caused by multiple factors that can cause facial nerve paralysis and facial muscle paralysis.It can cause symptoms such as mouth angle deviation,poor eye closure,and nasal dilation dysfunction,which can have a serious impact on the patient’s life and require timely treatment.At present,Western medicine hormone therapy is a commonly used treatment for peripheral facial paralysis,but it has many side effects,and if the patient has a long onset time,the effect of hormone therapy is limited.Traditional Chinese medicine therapy has been widely used in clinical practice for the treatment of multiple diseases due to its convenience and high safety,and peripheral facial paralysis is no exception.Traditional Chinese medicine needs to treat peripheral facial paralysis based on differentiation of symptoms and signs.Currently,traditional Chinese medicine divides peripheral facial paralysis into three types:wind-cold type,wind-heat type,and wind-phlegm type.Based on this,this paper mainly explores the TCM treatment of wind-cold type peripheral facial paralysis,in order to improve the efficacy of peripheral facial paralysis patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
