理疗联合改良麦肯基运动疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation by Physical Factor Therapy Combined with Modified McKenzie Exercise Therapy

摘要 目的:观察理疗联合改良麦肯基运动疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选取2020.8-2021.3来我科门诊就诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者共90例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组各45例。对照组采用干扰电和半导体激光治疗,试验组在此基础上联合改良麦肯基运动疗法进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、腰椎活动度、日本骨科学会腰痛评分(JOA)、SF-36健康调查简表评分及复发情况。结果:治疗后试验组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);腰椎活动度高于对照组(P<0.05);JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);SF-36健康调查简表评分高于对照组(P<0.05);复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行物理因子联合改良麦肯基运动疗法治疗,可明显缓解患者疼痛,改善腰椎功能,提高生活质量,降低复发率,治疗效果显著且安全有效,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of physical factor therapy combined with modified McKenzie exercise therapy in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:A total of 90 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who came to our outpatient department from August 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into the test group and the control group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with interference electricity and semiconductor laser,and the test group was treated with modified McKenzie therapy on this basis.The visual analog scale(VAS),lumbar rang of motion,Japanese Orthopedic Association score(JOA),SF-36 Health Survey short form score and recurrence of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS score of the patients in the test group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);lumbar rang of motion was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);JOA score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);The score of SF-36 health survey was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Physiotherapy combined with modified McKenzie therapy for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can significantly relieve pain,improve lumbar function,improve quality of life and reduce recurrence rate.The treatment effect is significant,safe and effective,and it is worthy of clinical application.
