成永明岭南无痛蜂针疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎经验刍议

The Experience of Yongming Cheng in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis with Lingnan Painless Bee Acupuncture Therapy

笔者曾跟师成永明教授学习岭南无痛蜂针疗法,并通过查阅相关中医古籍文献和临床跟师学习,从成永明主任治疗膝骨性关节炎的理论基础、针法特点、选穴特点等方面进行总结归纳。成永明主任认为,基于岭南地区特有的环境因素及人文因素,膝骨性关节炎的发病具有一定共性,以“清阳实四肢”为理论指导原则进行蜂针治疗,取得了较为满意的疗效,具有临床探讨及推广意义。

The author studied Lingnan painless bee therapy with Professor Cheng Yongming,and summarized the theoretical basis,acupuncture characteristics and acupoint selection characteristics of Professor Cheng Yongming's treatment of knee osteoarthritis by consulting relevant ancient Chinese medicine literature and clinical study with teachers.Director Cheng Yongming believes that,based on the unique environmental factors and humanistic factors in Lingnan area,the incidence of knee osteoarthritis has certain commonalities.Taking"clearing yang and strengthening limbs"as the theoretical guiding principle,bee acupuncture treatment has achieved satisfactory curative effect,which is of clinical significance and popularization.
