贝那普利联合硝苯地平治疗老年高血压合并脑梗死的效果

Effect of benazepril combined with nifedipine in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension complicated with cerebral infarction

目的:探究贝那普利联合硝苯地平治疗老年高血压合并脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法:选择2019年1月~2021年1月在江门市中心医院接受治疗的高血压合并脑梗死老年患者98例,随机分为研究组、对照组两组,对照组应用贝那普利治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用硝苯地平治疗,比较两组血压、治疗效果、动脉直径、炎性因子水平。结果:研究组血压昼夜节律变化(BPF)、24 h收缩压(24 h SBP)、平均舒张压(nDBP)、收缩压下降(dSBP)、24 h舒张压(24 h DBP)、舒张压标准差(dDBP)等血压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组神经肽Y(NPY)、内皮素(ET)水平低于对照组,一氧化氮(NO)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组肱动脉内径变化(FMD)内径小于低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高血压合并脑梗死老年患者应用贝那普利联合硝苯地平治疗,有利于患者血压水平改善,同时患者炎性因子水平明显降低。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of benazepril combined with nifedipine in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and cerebral infarction.Method A total of 98 elderly patients with hypertension and cerebral infarction who were treated in Jiangmen Second People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with benazepril,the study group was treated with nifedipine on the basis of the control group,and the blood pressure,treatment effect,arterial diameter,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The blood pressure levels of circadian rhythm changes in blood pressure(BPF),24-hour systolic blood pressure(24 hSBP),mean diastolic blood pressure(nDBP),dSBP,24-hour diastolic blood pressure(24 hDBP),and standard deviation of diastolic blood pressure(dDBP)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of neuropeptide Y(NPY)and endothelin(ET)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,nitric oxide(NO)level was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The diameter change(FMD)of the brachial artery in the study group was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of benazepril combined with nifedipine in elderly patients with hypertension and cerebral infarction is beneficial to the improvement of blood pressure,and at the same time,the level of inflammatory factors is significantly reduced.
