基于CiteSpace的有氧运动在康复领域应用的热点与趋势分析

Hotspot and trend analysis of aerobic exercise application in rehabilitation field based on CiteSpace

目的了解有氧运动在康复领域应用的研究热点和趋势。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)中关于有氧运动在康复领域应用的相关文献,通过CiteSpace软件对文献进行分析,对作者、关键词共现、关键词聚类、关键词突现及时区图谱进行可视化分析。结果共纳入中文文献997篇,英文文献1055篇,年发文量整体呈上升趋势;从网络图谱可视化分析结果可知,尽管外文核心作者合作关系更为紧密,但国内外均没有形成核心作者群。关键词分析显示,国内外文献中词频前十的关键词中一致的共3个(有氧运动、运动、生活质量)。国内外对该领域研究的方向基本一致。国内文献更多集中在对有氧运动的深入研究,国外则更多是对多领域的扩展研究;每隔几年都会有一个全新的研究热点出现并很快成为热门。结论目前对该领域的研究依然处于稳定发展阶段,并没有形成持续的热门研究方向。当前研究热点主要集中在有氧运动对亚健康人群的康复效果及有氧运动在临床上对患者康复效果的影响。

Objective To investigate the research hotspots and trends of aerobic exercise in the field of rehabilitation.Methods Literature on the application of aerobic exercise in rehabilitation was searched from CNKI and Web of Science(WOS).The literature was analyzed by CiteSpace software,and the authors,keywords co-occurrence,keywords clustering,keywords emergence,and time zone maps were visually analyzed.Results A total of 997 Chinese literatures and 1055 English literatures were included,and the annual publication volume showed an overall upward trend.From the visual analysis results of the network map,it could be seen that although the cooperative relationship between foreign core authors was closer,no core author group had been formed at home and abroad.Keywords analysis showed that there were three of the top ten keywords in domestic and foreign literature(aerobic exercise,exercise,quality of life).The direction of research in this field at home and abroad was basically consistent.Domestic literatures were more concentrated on in-depth research on aerobic exercise,and foreign literatures were more for extended research in multiple fields.Every few years,a new research hotspot emerged and quickly became a hot spot.Conclusion At present,the research in this field is still in a stable stage of development,and there is no continuous hot research direction.The current research hotspots mainly focus on the rehabilitation effect of aerobic exercise on sub-healthy people and the clinical impact of aerobic exercise on the rehabilitation effect of patients.
