健康教育路径在非黑色素瘤皮肤癌围手术期患者中的应用

Application of the health education pathway in perioperative patients with non-melanoma skin cancer

目的探讨健康教育路径在非黑色素瘤皮肤癌患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月至2022年9月江西省皮肤病专科医院收治的非黑色素瘤皮肤癌患者160例,其中基底细胞癌(basal cell carcinoma,BCC)、鳞状细胞癌(squamous cell carcinoma,SCC)患者各80例。采用随机数字表法将患者分为BCC对照组、BCC干预组、SCC对照组、SCC干预组,每组各40例。对照组患者给予常规健康教育,干预组患者应用健康教育路径进行宣教,比较四组患者的围手术期知识得分、焦虑抑郁情况和住院满意度。结果BCC干预组、SCC干预组患者围手术期的知识得分、焦虑和抑郁评分、住院满意度均显著高于BCC对照组、SCC对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径的使用有利于BCC、SCC患者掌握围手术期知识,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高住院满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of health education pathway in patients with non-melanoma skin cancer.Methods From September 2021 to September 2022,160 patients with non-melanoma skin cancer were selected from Dermatology Hospital of Jiangxi Province,including 80 patients with basal cell carcinoma(BCC)and 80 patients with squamous cell carcinoma(SCC).The patients were divided into BCC control group,BCC intervention group,SCC control group and SCC intervention group,with 40 cases in each group.Control groups were given routine health education,and intervention groups were given health education pathway.Perioperative knowledge scores,anxiety,depression and hospitalization satisfaction were compared between the four groups.Results Perioperative knowledge scores,anxiety scores,depression scores and hospitalization satisfaction of patients in BCC intervention group and SCC intervention group were significantly higher than those in BCC control group and SCC control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of health education pathway can help BCC and SCC patients master perioperative knowledge,improve anxiety and depression,and improve hospitalization satisfaction.
