六盘水市2022年严重精神障碍患者管理治疗现状分析

Analysis of management and treatment for patients with severe mental disorders in Liupanshui City in 2022

目的:分析2022年六盘水市登记在册严重精神障碍患者管理治疗情况,与近6年来的相关核心指标进行比较,为深入探究该类患者的医学管理和防治干预提供数据支持。方法:采用描述性分析方法,对贵州省精神卫生信息系统中六盘水市的患者信息、录入、统筹、救治情况等进行汇总分析。结果:截至2022年底,全市四个市(特区、区)使用信息系统,全市登记在册患者15880例,报告患病率5.24‰(15880/3031605);年在管患者14959例,管理率94.20%(14959/15880),规范管理患者14782例,规范管理率93.09%(14782/15880);服药患者14588例,服药率91.86%(14588/15880),规律服药患者13237例,规律服药率83.36%(13237/15880)。在册6种严重精神障碍患者中,精神发育迟滞伴发精神障碍服药率(95.05%)和规律服药率(89.74%)最高;偏执性精神病服药率(78.95%)和双相情感障碍规律服药率(72.36%)最低;与2017年相比,各指标均有不同程度增长。结论:2022年全市登记在贵州省精神卫生信息系统中的严重精神障碍患者人数持续增长,患者管理和服药水平较2017年显著提升,与近年来精神卫生相关政策和防控措施落实有关,建议进一步完善精神卫生管理措施,提高地区内综合防治水平。

Objective To analyze the management and treatment of registered patients with severe mental disorders in Liupanshui City in 2022,and compare it with the relevant core indicators in recent 6 years,to provide basis for further management and treatment of the disease population and optimization of prevention and treatment strategies.Methods Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the patient information,input,overall planning and treatment in the mental health information system of Guizhou Province.Results By the end of 2022,four cities(special zones,districts)in Liupanshui City had used the information system,and there were 15,880 registered patients in the city,with a reported prevalence rate of 5.24‰(15,880/3,031,605).There were 14,959 patients in the hospital,with a management rate of 94.20%(14,959/15,880),and 14,782 patients with standardized management,with a standardized management rate of 93.09%(14,782/15,880).There were 14,588 patients taking drugs,with a drug taking rate of 91.86%(14,588/15,880),and 13,237 patients taking drugs regularly,with a regular drug taking rate of 83.36%(13,237/15,880).Among the six registered patients with severe mental disorders,the drug taking rate of mental retardation with mental disorders(95.05%)and the regular drug taking rate(89.74%)are the highest;The medication rate of paranoid psychosis(78.95%)and regular medication rate of bipolar disorder(72.36%)were the lowest.Compared with 2017,all indicators have increased to varying degrees.Conclusions In 2022,the number of patients with severe mental disorders registered in the mental health information system of Guizhou Province continued to increase,and the level of patient management and medication was significantly improved compared with that of 2017,which was related to the implementation of mental health-related policies and prevention and control measures in recent years.It is suggested to further improve the mental health service system and strengthen the level of comprehensive prevention and control management.
