血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ联合检测在脓毒症早期诊断中的应用价值

Value of combined detection of serum IL-2,IL-6,IL-10 and IFN-γin early diagnosis of sepsis

目的分析血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)联合检测诊断脓毒症的效果。方法抽取2020年4月至2022年4月常熟市第二人民医院收治的73例脓毒症患者纳入观察组,将58例同期健康体检者纳入对照组。检测并比较两组IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ水平。绘制受试者工作曲线分析IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ在脓毒症中的诊断效能。结果IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。受试者工作特征曲线结果显示,IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ联合诊断脓毒症的曲线下面积为0.915(95%CI:0.853~0.977),高于IL-2(0.776,95%CI:0.677~0.874)、IL-6(0.773,95%CI:0.678~0.869)、IL-10(0.774,95%CI:0.683~0.865)、IFN-γ(0.799,95%CI:0.711~0.886)单独诊断。结论IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ在脓毒症患者机体内呈异常高表达,四者联合可于早期及时诊断出脓毒症。

ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of combined detection of serum interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in the diagnosis of sepsis.MethodsSeventy-three patients with sepsis admitted to Changshu Second People’s Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were included in observation group,and 58 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were included in control group.The levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-10,and IFN-γof the two groups were measured and compared.Receiver operating characteristic curve was drawn to analyze efficacy of IL-2,IL-6,IL-10,and IFN-γin the diagnosis of sepsis.ResultsThe levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-10,and IFN-γof the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Results of receiver operating characteristic curve showed that area under the curve of the combined detection of IL-2,IL-6,IL-10 and IFN-γin the diagnosis of sepsis was 0.915(95%CI:0.853-0.977),which was higher than that of IL-2(0.776,95%CI:0.677-0.874),IL-6(0.773,95%CI:0.678-0.869),IL-10(0.774,95%CI:0.683-0.865),and IFN-γ(0.799,95%CI:0.711-0.886).ConclusionsThe levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-10,IFN-γare abnormally high in patients with sepsis,and the combination of the four indicators can diagnose sepsis in a timely manner at an early stage.
