摘要
目的探讨盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床价值。方法抽取2020年6月至2021年7月平煤神马医疗集团总医院收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿98例,按随机数字表法分为单一组和联合组,每组49例。单一组采用阿奇霉素治疗,联合组采用盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平[白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)]、症状改善时间、肺功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)]、免疫功能[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)]及不良反应发生率。结果联合组总有效率(95.92%,47/49)高于单一组(81.63%,40/49),P<0.05。治疗后,联合组IL-18水平低于单一组,IL-10水平高于单一组(P<0.05);联合组退热时间、咳嗽缓解时间及住院时间均短于单一组(P均<0.05);联合组FVC、FEV1水平高于单一组(P<0.05);联合组IgA、IgG水平高于单一组(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率(8.16%,4/49)与单一组(10.20%,5/49)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎能提高临床疗效,减轻炎症反应、改善免疫功能,加快临床症状和肺功能改善,具有用药安全性。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical value of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.MethodsA total of 98 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to General Hospital of Pingmei Shenma Medical Group from June 2020 to July 2021 were selected,and they were divided into single group and combined group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The single group was treated with azithromycin,and the combined group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,including interleukin-18(IL-18)and interleukin-10(IL-10),symptom improvement time,lung function assessed by forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),immune function assessed by immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin G(IgG),and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the combined group(95.92%,47/49)was higher than that of the single group(81.63%,40/49),P<0.05.After treatment,the IL-18 level in the combined group was lower than that in the single group,while the IL-10 level was higher than that in the single group(P<0.05);the fever relieving time,cough relieving time and hospital stay of the combined group were shorter than those of the single group(all P<0.05);the levels of FVC and FEV1 in the combined group were higher than those in the single group(P<0.05);the levels of IgA and IgG in the combined group were higher than those in the single group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined group(8.16%,4/49)and the single group(10.20%,5/49),P>0.05.ConclusionsAmbroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin,in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children,can improve clinical efficacy,reduce inflammation,improve immune function,and accelerate the improvement in clinical symptoms and lung function,with safety.
