摘要
光环境对室内办公空间中的人视觉效应和疲劳具有重要影响。如今,局部照明已成为办公照明常见形式,随着视屏显示终端VDT(Visual Display Terminal)办公模式的普及,其不同于纸面浏览的阅读行为对局部照明环境有了的新要求。本文通过实验研究,对30名VDT阅读人员视觉效应和疲劳评价量表进行数据分析,发现VDT阅读行为人员视觉效应和疲劳程度与局部照明布置模式和色温具有相关性。顶棚布置和吊装布置都优于桌面布置;4 000 K色温和5 300 K色温在1 h暴露时长内都优于3 300 K色温,5 300 K色温的优越性随着暴露时长增加到2 h显著提高。本文对优化VDT办公模式下的室内照明设计具有一定参考价值,为营造健康舒适的室内办公空间照明提供借鉴。
Indoor light environment has a crucial influence on the visual effect and fatigue of people in office space,and local lighting has become an important form of indoor office lighting.Nowadays,with the popularization of the Visual Display Terminal(VDT)office mode,its reading behavior,which is different from paper browsing,has new requirements for the local lighting environment.In this paper,the visual effects and fatigue results of 30 VDT reader subjects were evaluated and analyzed by experimental study.The results show that the visual effects and fatigue level of VDT reading participants were correlated with local lighting layout mode and color temperature.The ceiling layout and hoisting layout are better than the desktop layout.The color temperature of 4,000 K and 5,300 K was better than that of 3,300 K within 1 hour of exposure,and the superiority of 5,300 K increased significantly as the exposure period increased to 2 hours.This paper has a certain reference value for the optimization of interior lighting design under VDT office mode,and provides a reference for building healthy and comfortable interior office space lighting.
