基于单一电力线路的公共建筑暖通设备运行策略识别研究

摘要 当前建筑分项电力监控平台最小监控范围为某一线路设备组能耗,普遍无法明确掌握各设备用能状态,造成能源浪费问题,迫切需要高效的用能设备识别方法促进运维工作的开展。并且现阶段针对单一电力线路多设备识别的工作大多集中于住宅定频家电设备,对公共建筑各类定变频暖通设备运行情况研究较少。对此本文提出了1种给定单一电力线路能耗数据情况下的暖通设备组合运行策略的辨识方法。该方法包括设备功率模型设计、设备运行策略辨识、辨识参数自校正3个步骤,为上述问题提供了解决方案。将其应用于北京某公共建筑,利用电力能耗监控平台的给定线路能耗数据及设备基本参数进行实际运行情况的辨识,发现各设备辨识结果与实际运行情况相同。研究结果验证了该方法快速、准确辨识某一线路设备组运行策略的潜力,为建筑节能降耗提供有效的数据支撑。 The minimum monitoring range of the building power monitoring platform is the energy consumption of a certain line equipment group,which can not provide a clear picture of the energy status of each equipment,causing energy waste.There is an urgent need for efficient identification methods of energy⁃using equipment to promote the development of operation and maintenance.Moreover,the identification of multiple devices for a single power line is mostly focused on residential fixed⁃frequency household appliances,and few studies have been done on the operation of various fixed⁃frequency HVAC devices in public buildings.This paper proposed identification method for HVAC combined operation strategy given the energy consumption data of a single power line.This method includes three steps of power model design,operation strategy identification and the self⁃correction of identification parameters,which provide solutions to the above problems.This method was applied to a public building in Beijing to identify the actual operation status using the given line energy consumption data and basic parameters of the equipment of the power energy consumption monitoring platform,and the identifying results of each equipment are identical to the actual operation status.The results verify the potential of this method to quickly and accurately identify the operating strategy of a line equipment group,and provide effective data support for building energy conservation and consumption reduction.
