人工智能融合到职业教育中,可以培养出当今社会需求的高技能人才。与此同时,人工智能对职业教育提出了新要求,带来了新机遇与挑战。而现阶段职业院校在职业教育体系、模式、师资力量、人才供给等方面不能满足人工智能背景下人才培养要求,校企合作利益冲突难以满足人工智能带来的产业升级。基于此,人工智能背景下职业教育要高质量发展,应当创建以学生为中心的人工智能教育体系,通过建立五位一体的职业教育资源平台,推进产教融合一体化进程,使学生学习形式终身化,培养出“数字智能+工匠”复合化人才,推动“中国制造”走向“中国智造”。

The integration of artificial intelligence into vocational education can cultivate highly skilled talents in today's society.At the same time,artificial intelligence has put forward new requirements for vocational education,bringing new opportunities and challenges.At present,vocational colleges cannot meet the requirements of talent cultivation in the context of artificial intelligence in terms of vocational education system,mode,faculty,and talent supply,and conflicts of interest in school enterprise cooperation are difficult to meet the industrial upgrading brought about by artificial intelligence.Based on this,in order to achieve high-quality development of vocational education in the context of artificial intelligence,a student-centered artificial intelligence education system should be established.By establishing a five in one vocational education resource platform,the integration process of industry and education should be promoted,and students'learning forms should be lifelong.This will cultivate a composite talent of"digital intelligence+craftsmen",and promote the transition from"Made in China"to"Made in China".
