警犬技术学历教育的发展现状、存在问题及发展对策初探

警犬技术学历教育,是充实全国公安机关警犬技术队伍的一个有效途径,是推动公安教育教学实战化改革的重要一环,是深化公安院校学科及课程建设的重要抓手,对推动公安工作现代化建设和高质量发展有着重要意义。近年来,部属公安院校和省属公安院校结合自身实际,推动警犬技术院校教育的规模化、专业化、多样化和体系化发展。但总体来看,我国警犬技术专业教育还存在着管理体制不健全、教育体系不完备、学科体系待完善、学生自我认可低等问题,需要在加强管理体制改革、重构学科体系、拓宽学生就业渠道等方面发力。

Police dog technical education is an effective way to enrich the national police dog technical team in public security organs,an important part of promoting the practical reform of public security education teaching,and an important lever to deepen the construction of disciplines and courses in public security colleges.It is of great significance for promoting the modernization and high-quality development of public security work.In recent years,subordinate public security colleges and provincial public security colleges have combined their own reality to promote the scale,specialization,diversification,and systematic development of police dog technical education.However,overall,there are still problems in the professional education of police dog technology in China,such as an incomplete management system,incomplete education system,incomplete discipline system,and low student self-awareness.Efforts need to be made in strengthening management system reform,reconstructing discipline system,and expanding student employment channels.
