腹腔镜下腹股沟淋巴结清扫术治疗外阴癌的应用效果

The application effect of laparoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection in the treatment of vulvar cancer

目的探讨腹腔镜下腹股沟淋巴结清扫术治疗外阴癌的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的70例外阴癌患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组采用开腹下腹股沟淋巴结清扫术治疗,研究组采用腹腔镜下腹股沟淋巴结清扫术治疗,比较两组手术相关指标、并发症及手术疗效。结果研究组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为2.86%,低于对照组的22.86%(P<0.05);研究组术后拔管时间、切口愈合时间短于对照组,淋巴结切除数多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下腹股沟淋巴结清扫术治疗外阴癌,可以降低并发症发生率,减少术后拔管时间及术中出血量,术后伤口愈合快,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of laparoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection in the treatment of vulvar cancer.Methods 70 patients with vaginal cancer admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open inguinal lymph node dissection,while the study group was treated with laparoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection.The surgical related indicators,complications,and surgical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative bleeding in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the surgical time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.86%,lower than 22.86%in the control group(P<0.05);The study group had shorter postoperative extubation time and incision healing time compared to the control group,and had more lymph node resections than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection for the treatment of vulvar cancer can reduce the incidence of complications,reduce postoperative extubation time,and intraoperative bleeding.The postoperative wound healing is fast,and it is worth promoting.
