优质孕期保健干预对高龄孕妇并发症和妊娠结局的影响

The impact of high-quality prenatal health interventions on complications and pregnancy outcomes in elderly pregnant women

目的分析优质孕期保健干预对高龄孕妇并发症和妊娠结局的影响。方法选取本院82例产科产检并分娩的高龄孕妇为研究对象,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组采用常规产检与孕期保健,干预组采用优质孕期保健干预,比较两组孕期保健知识掌握情况、并发症发生情况及妊娠结局。结果干预组孕期知识、自我保健知识、新生儿保健技巧、母乳喂养知识评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组并发症发生率为4.88%,显著低于对照组的21.95%(P<0.05);干预组不良妊娠结局发生率为4.88%,显著低于对照组的24.39%(P<0.05)。结论对高龄孕妇进行优质孕期保健干预,可显著提升其孕期保健知识掌握水平,有效降低并发症发生率,改善妊娠结局。

Objective To analyze the impact of high-quality prenatal health interventions on the complications and pregnancy outcomes of elderly pregnant women.Methods 82 elderly pregnant women who underwent obstetric examination and delivery in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 41l cases in each group.The control group received routine prenatal examination and pregnancy care,while the intervention group received high-quality pregnancy care intervention.The mastery of pregnancy care knowledge,incidence of complications,and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The intervention group had higher scores of pregnancy knowledge,self-care knowledge,neonatal health skills,and breastfeeding knowledge than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the intervention group was 4.88%,significantly lower than the 21.95%in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the intervention group was 4.88%,significantly lower than the control group's 24.39%(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing high-quality prenatal health interventions to elderly pregnant women can significantly improve their mastery of prenatal health knowledge,effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and improve pregnancy outcomes.
