屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果

Clinical effect of drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)on polycystic ovary syndrome

目的屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的60例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,按照用药方式分为两组,对照组30例实施黄体酮治疗,实验组30例实施屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗,比较两组的性激素水平、糖脂代谢指标、月经情况及生活质量。结果实验组治疗总有效率、月经正常率与排卵率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组的黄体生成素、雌二醇、催乳素水平明显低于对照组,卵泡刺激素水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组空腹血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数、总胆固醇、三酰甘油水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组卵巢血流在收缩期峰值血流速度、舒张末期血流速度、搏动指数水平均高于对照组,子宫内膜厚度低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗多囊卵巢综合征,效果显著,能明显改善患者性激素水平和糖脂代谢指标,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital were selected as the research object,and were divided into two groups according to the mode of medication.The control group(30 cases)was treated with progesterone,and the experimental group(30 cases)was treated with drospirone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ).The sex hormone levels,glucose and lipid metabolism indicators,menstruation and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate,menstrual normal rate,and ovulation rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone,estradiol and prolactin in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of fasting blood sugar,insulin resistance index,total cholesterol and triacylglycerol in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the peak systolic blood flow velocity,end diastolic blood flow velocity,and pulsatile index levels of ovarian blood flow in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the endometrial thickness was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Trospirone ethinylestradiol tablet(Ⅱ)has a significant effect in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.It can significantly improve the level of sex hormones and glycolipid metabolism in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,and improve the quality of life.
