中药塌渍联合艾灸治疗盆腔炎后遗症的效果研究

Study on the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease

目的研究中药塌渍联合艾灸治疗盆腔炎后遗症的效果。方法选取50例盆腔炎后遗症患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组采用中成药治疗,试验组采用中药塌渍联合艾灸治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、疼痛评分、中医证候评分及后遗症评分。结果试验组治疗总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组视觉模拟评分量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组下腹隐痛或坠痛、腰骶部疼痛、带下证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组子宫活动度、宫体压痛、附件区域压痛、纤附件增厚或包块、宫骶韧带增粗评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药塌渍联合艾灸治疗盆腔炎后遗症,可明显降低患者的中医证候评分、后遗症评分及疼痛程度,提高治疗效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion on the treatment of pelvic inflammatory sequelae.Methods 50 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations,and the test group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and moxibustion.The treatment effect,pain score,TCM syndrome score and sequela score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%,significantly higher than the 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the visual simulation scale score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the experimental group had lower abdominal pain or sagging pain,lumbosacral pain,and lower abdominal syndrome scores than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of uterine activity,uterine tenderness,adnexal area tenderness,fibrous adnexal thickening or mass,and uterosacral ligament thickening in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and moxibustion for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory sequelae can significantly reduce the patient's TCM syndrome score,sequelae score,and pain level,improve the treatment effect,and is worth promoting and applying.
