曼月乐在围绝经期异常子宫出血患者中的应用效果

The application effect of Mirena in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopause

目的探讨曼月乐在围绝经期异常子宫出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院84例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者为研究对象,根据随机信封法分为两组,各42例。对照组采用地屈孕酮治疗,试验组采用曼月乐治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、临床指标及性激素水平。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.24%,显著高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组子宫内膜厚度小于对照组,血红蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组雌二醇、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曼月乐在围绝经期异常子宫出血患者中的应用效果显著,能明显改善患者的临床症状,降低性激素水平,促进异常子宫出血现象消失,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of Mirena in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopause.Methods 84 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopause in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups according to the envelope method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dexamethasone,while the experimental group was treated with Mirena.The treatment efficacy,clinical indicators,and sex hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.24%,significantly higher than 78.57%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the experimental group was smaller than that of the control group,and the hemoglobin level was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of estradiol,luteinizing hormone,and follicle stimulating hormone in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<o.05).Conclusion The application of Mirena in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopause has a significant effect,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms,reduce sexual hormone levels,promote the disappearance of abnormal uterine bleeding.It is worth promoting.
