急救护理联合优质护理对宫缩乏力性产后出血的应用价值

Application value of emergency nursing combined with high quality nursing in postpartum bleeding caused by uterineinertia

目的探讨急救护理联合优质护理对宫缩乏力性产后出血的应用价值。方法选取本院58例宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇为研究对象,随机分为两组,各29例。对照组采用急救护理,观察组采用急救护理联合优质护理,比较两组的产后恢复质量、护理满意度、再次出血发生率、感染发生率。结果观察组出血量少于对照组,焦虑评分低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为100%,高于对照组的86.20%,再次出血及感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急救护理联合优质护理应用于宫缩乏力性产后出血中,提高了护理满意度,降低了再次出血及感染风险,促进了产后恢复。

Objective To explore the application value of emergency nursing combined with high-quality nursing on uterine inertia postpartum bleeding.Methods 58 pregnant women with uterine atony induced postpartum bleeding in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,29 cases in each group.The control group received emergency care,while the observation group received a combination of emergency care and high-quality care.The postpartum recovery quality,nursing satisfaction,incidence of rebleeding,and infection rates were compared between the two groups.Results The bleeding volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the anxiety score was lower than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100%,higher than 86.20%of the control group,and the incidence of recurrent bleeding and infection was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of emergency nursing combined with high-quality nursing in postpartum bleeding caused by uterine inertia can improve nursing satisfaction,reduce the risk of rebleeding and infection,and promote postpartum recovery.
