黄芪寿胎丸加减联合地屈孕酮治疗脾肾气虚型先兆流产临床研究

Clinical Study on Modified Huangqi Shoutai Pills Combined with Dydrogesterone for Threatened Abortion of Spleen-Kidney Qi Deficiency Type

目的:观察黄芪寿胎丸加减联合地屈孕酮治疗脾肾气虚型先兆流产的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将62例脾肾气虚型先兆流产分为对照组、治疗组各31例。对照组予地屈孕酮片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服黄芪寿胎丸加减治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分及血清孕酮(P)、绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平,评估2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:对照组总有效率67.74%,低于治疗组90.32%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清P、β-HCG、E_(2)水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),中医证候积分降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清P、β-HCG、E_(2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄芪寿胎丸加减联合地屈孕酮治疗脾肾气虚型先兆流产疗效确切,能够有效提高患者内分泌激素水平,安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Modified Huangqi Shoutai Pills combined with Dydrogesterone on threatened abortion of spleen-kidney qi deficiency type.Methods:A total of 62 patients with threatened abortion of spleen-kidney qi deficiency were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given Dydrogesterone Tablets for treatment,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Modified Huangqi Shoutai Pills based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,and levels of serum progesterone(P),β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)and estradiol(E_(2))were compared between the two groups,the clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions in both groups were evaluated.Results:The total effective rate was 67.74%in the control group,lower than that of 90.32%in the treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum P,β-HCG and E_(2) in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores were decreased(P<0.05);the levels of serum P,β-HCG and E_(2) in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Modified Huangqi Shoutai Pills combined with Dydrogesterone has a definite curative effect on threatened abortion of spleen-kidney qi deficiency type,which can effectively increase the levels of endocrine hormones of patients with good safety.
