Exploration of the Mechanism of Long-Term Curative Effect of Acupuncture Based on Tissue Regeneration and Homeostasis

针刺治疗疾病的近期疗效已被众多临床研究证实,其疗效机制也多有基础研究阐释,但针刺的远期疗效的作用机制仍不明确。现代科学技术的发展及研究手段的完善,为探讨针刺远期疗效的具体机制提供了一定的方法和依据。针刺远期疗效的发挥依赖于组织损伤后的稳定恢复,而干细胞是组织再生之源,其激活、增殖、分化过程为组织损伤后再生及功能恢复提供可能。此外,维持内环境稳态是生物生存的基础,病理状态下动态平衡被破坏,造成一系列疾病反应,而纠正稳态失衡、恢复机体自稳态是针刺产生远期疗效的重要保障。故从针刺调控干细胞促进组织损伤后修复与再生、维持机体自稳态的角度,探讨针刺产生远期疗效的可能机制,为针刺效应研究提供参考。

The short-term curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of diseases had been confirmed by numerous clinical studies,and its curative mechanism has also been explained by basic studies,but the mechanism of long-term curative effect of acupuncture was still unclear.With the development of modern science and technology and the improvement of research methods,certain methods and basis were provided for the discussion of the specific mechanism of long-term curative effect of acupuncture.The long-term curative effect of acupuncture depends on the stable recovery after tissue injury,and stem cells were the source of tissue regeneration,and their activation,proliferation and differentiation provide possibilities for regeneration and functional recovery after tissue injury.In addition,maintaining homeostasis of the internal environment was the basis of biological survival,and the dynamic balance was destroyed in pathological state,resulting in a series of disease reactions.Correcting homeostasis imbalance and restoring body homeostasis was an important guarantee for the long-term curative effect of acupuncture.Therefore,from the point of view of acupuncture regulating stem cells to promote repair and regeneration after tissue injury and maintain body homeostasis,the possible mechanism of acupuncture producing long-term curative effect was discussed to provide reference for the study of acupuncture effect.
