耳穴贴压对腹腔镜下全子宫切除术或输卵管切除手术后加速康复的影响

Effect of Auricular Point Sticking Therapy on Accelerated Rehabilitation in Patients Underwent Laparoscopic Hysterectomy or Salpingectomy

目的:观察耳穴贴压联合西医加速康复综合措施对行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术或输卵管切除手术治疗患者镇痛、胃肠功能及睡眠的影响。方法:选取行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术或输卵管切除手术治疗的患者60例,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各30例。对照组采用西医加速康复外科围手术期综合处理措施,试验组在对照组基础上采用耳穴贴压疗法。比较2组术后6 h、24 h、48 h的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、胃肠功能、睡眠时长,观察是否出现不良反应。结果:试验组术后6 h、24 h、48 h各时间点的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后首次排便时间、术后首次排气至首次排便时间间隔均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组手术当天以及术后第1天的睡眠时长均长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前进行耳穴贴压可发挥提前干预的效果,术后起到镇痛、恢复胃肠功能、改善睡眠的作用,能够加速康复。

Objective:To observe the effect of auricular point sticking therapy combined with western medicine on analgesia,gastrointestinal function,and sleep in patients who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy or salpingectomy.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy or salpingectomy were selected and divided into the trial group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received comprehensive perioperative management measures from accelerated rehabilitation in western medicine,and the trial group received auricular point sticking therapy based on the treatment of the control group.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of pain,recovery of gastrointestinal function,and sleep duration were compared between the two groups at 6,24,and 48 hours after surgery.The occurrence of adverse reactions was observed.Results:At 6,24,and 48 hours after surgery,VAS scores at different time points in the trial group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The first postoperative defecation time and the interval between the first postoperative exhaust and the first postoperative defecation time in the trial group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The sleep duration on the day of surgery and the first day after surgery in the trial group was longer than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative auricular point sticking therapy can have the effect of early intervention,and analgesia,gastrointestinal function promotion,and sleep improvement after surgery,which can accelerate recovery.
