摘要
目的 探讨瑜伽锻炼对女大学生经前期综合征(PMS)的影响,为提升高校女大学生预防保健意识及身心健康提供依据。方法 选取2021年5月—2022年5月南昌师范学院卫生所就诊的180名经前期综合征女大学生作为研究对象,通过自身对照研究,进行为期3个月的瑜伽锻炼,每周3次,每次60 min。瑜伽锻炼前后分别进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果 女大学生通过瑜伽锻炼,PMS中重度的构成比分别从锻炼前的63.89%和26.67%,降低至锻炼后的34.44%和11.67%,且各常见症状评分较锻炼前明显降低,各症状得到有效缓解(χ^(2)=77.986,P<0.001);瑜伽锻炼后8 h以上睡眠时间构成比增加至33.33%,睡眠质量有明显提高(χ^(2)=24.842,P<0.001)。结论 瑜伽锻炼能减少PMS症状的发生,能解除精神紧张,放松心情,调节睡眠,提高学习和生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of Yoga exercise on premenstrual syndrome(PMS)in female college students,so as to provide evidence for improving the awareness of preventive health care and physical and mental health of college students.Methods A total of 180 female students with PMS were selected from the health center of Nanchang Normal University from May 2021 to May 2022.A self-control study was carried out in which Yoga exercise was performed for 60 minutes three times a week for 3 months.A questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the Yoga exercise,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results The proportion of moderate and severe PMS decreased from 63.89%and 26.67%before Yoga to 34.44%and 11.67%after Yoga(χ^(2)=77.986,P<0.001),the proportion of more than 8 hours of sleep time increased to 33.33%after Yoga,and sleep quality was significantly improved(χ^(2)=24.842,P<0.001).Conclusion Yoga exercise can effectively improve the incidence of PMS in female college students,and it is worth popularizing in colleges and universities.
