德阳市二、三年级学生第一恒磨牙健康调查和窝沟封闭情况分析

Investigation on the Health of the First Permanent Molars and Analysis on the Sealing Condition of Fossa and Groove in the Second and Third Grade Students in Deyang City

目的了解德阳市区二、三年级小学生第一恒磨牙的萌出和健康状况,并在完成窝沟封闭1年后调查窝沟封闭效果。方法2021年10月调查1447名二、三年级小学生的第一恒磨牙等萌出情况和患龋状况,并且详细记录,对符合窝沟封闭标准的第一恒磨牙进行窝沟封闭。2022年10—12月,选取160名学生作为试验组和对照组,每组80名,调查试验组窝沟封闭保留率。比较两组人群新增龋齿检出率。结果二、三年级学生第一恒磨牙萌出率均较高,二、三年级完全萌出恒磨牙患龋率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别患龋率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复查试验组新增龋齿检出率2.18%,低于对照组的8.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论德阳市区二、三年级学生第一恒磨牙萌出率普遍较高,患龋率较高,充填率较低,窝沟封闭对预防龋齿具有明显效果。

Objective To investigate the emergence and health status of the first permanent molars in the second and third grade students in Deyang city,and investigate the effect of fossa sealing one year after completion of fossa sealing.Methods In October 2021,the emergence and caries status of the first permanent molars in 1447 second and third grade pupils were investigated,and detailed records were recorded.The first permanent molars that met the standards of fossae and groove sealing were sealed.From October to December 2022,160 students were selected as the experimental group and the control group,with 80 students in each group,to investigate the retention rate of fossa closure in the experimental group.The detection rate of new dental caries was compared between the two groups.Results The eruption rate of the first permanent molar was higher in the second and third grade students,and the difference of caries rate was statistically significant in the second and third grade students(P<0.05).And the difference of caries rate was statistically significant in different genders(P<0.05).The detection rate of new caries in the experimental group was 2.18%,which was lower than 8.13%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The eruption rate of the first permanent molars in the second and third grade students in Deyang city,the incidence of caries is higher,the filling rate is lower,and the closure of fossa and groove has obvious effect on the prevention of caries.
