PDCA循环法在降低静配中心差错发生中的应用

Application of PDCA Cycle Method in Reducing the Occurrence of Static Distribution Center Errors

目的在静配中心引入PDCA循环法,观察其在降低静配中心差错率中的作用及对护理人员工作效率、工作质量的影响。方法选取2021年1—12月赤峰市医院静配中心实施PDCA循环前的53300张静脉用药处方作为对照组,2022年1—12月赤峰市医院静配中心应用PDCA循环法后58250张静脉用药处方作为观察组。比较两组配液差错发生率。同时以13名护理人员作为研究对象,对比PDCA循环法实施前后单日工作指标、护理人员职业认同感、工作质量及静配中心管理质量。结果观察组配液差错总发生率为0.04%,低于对照组的0.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施PDCA循环法后每日配置准备、清场工作、洁净室配置辅助及药物配置时间均短于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施PDCA循环法后护理人员职业认同感、工作质量评分均高于实施前(P<0.05);实施后台面整洁、操作技术、药品分类及静配中心环境管理评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环法的应用能够降低静配中心差错发生率,提高护理人员配液工作质量及工作效率。

Objective To introduce PDCA cycle method in static distribution center and observe its role in reducing the error rate of static distribution center and its influence on the work efficiency and work quality of nursing staff.Methods A total of 53300 intravenous drug prescriptions before PDCA cycle was implemented in the static distribution center,Chifeng Municipal Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and 58250 intravenous drug prescriptions after PDCA cycle was applied in the static distribution center,Chifeng Municipal Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.The rate of dispensing error was compared between the two groups.At the same time,13 nursing staff were taken as research objects to compare the daily work index,professional identity,work quality and management quality of nursing center before and after the implementation of PDCA cycle method.Results The total incidence of error in the observation group was 0.04%,lower than that in the control group(0.11%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of PDCA cycle method,the time of daily configuration preparation,clearance work,clean room configuration assistance and drug allocation were all shorter than before the implementation,with significant differences among groups(P<0.05).After the implementation of PDCA cycle,the scores of professional identity and work quality of nursing staff were higher than before(P<0.05).The score of clean table surface,operation technology,drug classification and environmental management of the static distribution center were higher after implementation than before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle can reduce the error rate of static dispensing center,improve the quality and work efficiency of nursing staff dispensing liquid.
