基于互联网的健康管理对急性呼吸道感染患者管理质量的影响

The Impact of Internet Based Health Management on the Quality of Management of Patients With Acute Respiratory Infections

目的探讨基于互联网的健康管理在急性呼吸道感染患者中的应用效果及对管理质量的影响。方法选择2020年5月—2022年1月黑龙江省医院互联网医院收治的78例急性呼吸道感染患者,信封法分为两组。对照组39例给予常规护理,观察组39例联合基于互联网的健康管理,两组均完成14 d护理干预。比较两组管理质量、自我管理水平、满意度及依从性。结果观察组干预14 d后查对制度、护理文书、病房管理及感染防控得分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预14 d后自我概念、自护责任感、自护技能和健康知识水平得分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预14d后满意度及依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性呼吸道感染患者采用基于互联网健康管理,有助于提高管理质量和患者自我管理水平,可获得较高的满意度及依从性。

Objective To explore the application effect of internet-based health management in patients with acute respiratory tract infection and its impact on management quality.Methods A total of 78 patients with acute respiratory infection admitted to the Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital Internet Hospital from May 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by envelope method.39 cases in the control group were given routine nursing,and 39 cases in the observation group were combined with internet-based health management.Both groups completed 14d nursing intervention.The management quality,self-management level,satisfaction and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After 14 days of intervention,the scores of inspection system,nursing documents,ward management and infection prevention and control in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of intervention,the scores of self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills and health knowledge in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of intervention,the satisfaction and compliance of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of internet-based health management for patients with acute respiratory infection is helpful to improve management quality and patient self-management level,and can obtain higher satisfaction and compliance.
