循环管理联合层级护理管理在磁共振检查患者中的应用

Application of Circular Management Combined With Hierarchical Nursing Management in Patients Undergoing Magnetic Resonance Imaging Examination

目的分析循环管理联合层级护理管理在磁共振检查患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年10月—2023年1月在福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院城东院区接受磁共振检查的200例患者为研究对象,根据护理方式差异将其分为研究组(100例)和参考组(100例),参考组患者按一般护理方式管理,研究组患者采用循环管理联合层级护理管理。比较两组患者检查配合度、平均检查时间、图像优良率、风险事件发生率、患者对护理的满意度情况。结果研究组总满意度为98.00%,参考组总满意度为88.00%,研究组总满意度高于参考组(P<0.05);研究组风险事件总发生率为1.00%,参考组风险事件总发生率为8.00%,研究组风险事件总发生率低于参考组(P<0.05);研究组平均检查时间为(16.88±3.36)min,参考组平均检查时间为(18.83±3.86)min,研究组平均检查时间短于参考组(P<0.05);而研究组检查总配合度、图像优良率高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论循环管理联合层级护理管理在磁共振检查患者中具有良好的应用效果,可明显减少检查期间的风险事件,缩短检查时间,提高患者满意度和检查图像优良率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of circulatory management combined with hierarchical nursing management in patients undergoing magnetic resonance imaging examination.Methods A total of 200 patients who underwent magnetic resonance imaging examinations at Chengdong Courtyard,Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from October 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group(100 cases)and a reference group(100 cases)according to differences in nursing methods.The reference group patients were managed according to general nursing methods,while the study group patients were managed using a combination of circular management and hierarchical nursing management.Compare the compatibility,average examination time,image excellence rate,incidence of risk events,and patient satisfaction with nursing between two groups of patients.Results The total satisfaction rate of the study group was 98.00%,while the total satisfaction rate of the reference group was 88.00%,the total satisfaction of study group was higher than that of reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of risk events in the study group was 1.00%,and that in the reference group was 8.00%,the total incidence of risk events in study group was lower than that in reference group(P<0.05).The average examination time of the study group was(16.88±3.36)minutes,while the average examination time of the reference group was(18.83±3.86)minutes,the average examination time of the study group was shorter than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total examination compatibility and image excellence rate in study group was higher than that in reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of circular management and hierarchical nursing management has a good application effect in patients undergoing magnetic resonance imaging,which can significantly reduce risk events during the examination,shorten examination time,improve patient satisfaction rate,and improve the rate of excellent examination images.
