基于二维码技术的高校实验设备分类管理

摘要 “新文科”“新工科”“双一流”背景下实验设备在价值和数量上呈现井喷式增长,现有高校实验设备管理工作信息化程度低,难以适应新形势下实验设备管理工作的需要。二维码技术能与智能手机等移动终端结合,形成较好的互动性和用户体验。借助二维码技术解决高校实验设备管理中的三大痛点:消耗实验用品的发放管理、小型可移动设备的借用管理、大型精密仪器设备的巡检维修管理。 Under the background of"new liberal arts","new engineering"and"double first-class",the value and quantity of experimental equipment have shown a blowout growth.The existing colleges and universities have a low degree of informatization in the management of experimental equipment,and it is difficult to adapt to the needs of experimental equipment management in the new situation.Two-dimensional code technology can be combined with mobile terminals such as smart phones to form better interactivity and user experience.With the help of two-dimensional code technology,the three major pain points in the management of experimental equipment in colleges and universities are solved:the distribution management of consuming experimental supplies,the borrowing management of small mobile equipment,and the inspection and maintenance management of large-scale precision instruments and equipment.
