摘要
随着科技的不断发展,机械设备制造行业已经从传统的设计制造模式逐渐向智能化、数字化方向转型。智能设计制造系统在提高生产效率、降低生产成本、提高产品质量等方面具有显著优势。基于此,对智能制造发展进行技术需求分析,阐述高端数控系统智能制造技术要求,分析智能化数控系统的硬件和软件架构体系,并对智能化数控系统的软硬件架构、体系结构等概念进一步阐述。
With the continuous development of technology,the mechanical equipment manufacturing industry has gradually transitioned from traditional design and manufacturing models to intelligent and digital directions.Intelligent design and manufacturing systems have significant advantages in improving production efficiency,reducing production costs,and improving product quality.Based on this,the technical requirements for the development of intelligent manufacturing are analyzed,and the requirements for intelligent manufacturing technology in high-end CNC systems are elaborated.The hardware and software architecture of intelligent CNC systems are analyzed,and the concepts of software and hardware architecture,system architecture,etc.of intelligent CNC systems are further elaborated.
