摘要
根据道岔平面线形关键参数对道岔舒适性和平稳性的影响,对城市轨道交通站场常用的50kg/m钢轨7号道岔进行校核,旨在分析影响既有50kg/m钢轨7号道岔平面线形舒适性和平稳性的动能损失、未被平衡离心加速度、未被平衡离心加速度增量、欠超高、侧股轨距加宽等关键参数的科学性和合理性。通过检算,既有50kg/m钢轨7号道岔侧股加宽宜设置为15mm,能够减少车轮对侧上股钢轨的侧磨,延长轨件使用寿命。
According to the influence of key parameters of turnout horizontal alignment on turnout comfort and stability,check No.7 turnout of 50kg/m rail commonly used in urban rail transit stations,the purpose is to analyze the scientificity and rationality of key parameters such as kinetic energy loss,unbalanced centrifugal acceleration,unbalanced centrifugal acceleration increment,under superelevation,and widening of side track gauge that affect the comfort and stability of the existing 50kg/m rail No.7 turnout horizontal alignment.Through checking and calculation,the widening of the existing 50kg/m rail 7#turnout side strand should be set to 15mm,which can reduce the side wear of the upper rail on the opposite side of the wheel and extend the service life of the rail pieces.
