当前,维护人员密集场所火灾形势稳定面临新挑战、新压力,主要体现为消防安全制度不健全,消防安全管理未落实到末端;基础消防设施配备不齐,消防器材维护管理缺失;设置在经营性自建房内的人员密集场所安全隐患突出。因此,要强化人员密集场所消防安全标准化建设,推动消防安全管理落实到末端;强化人员密集场所基础消防设施建设,提升消防器材维护管理能力;深化经营性自建房重大火灾风险综合管理。
