摘要
结构化面试具备公平、高效、规范的特征,是当前事业单位公开招聘面试中常用的一种面试手段。然而在实际操作过程中亦存在面试考官培训不到位、难以洞察面试者的综合能力以及测评题目与岗位要求关联性不高等问题。基于此,对事业单位结构化面试进行详细介绍,分析事业单位结构化面试现状,并提出强化结构化面试科学性的策略。
Structured interview has the characteristics of fairness,efficiency and standardization,and is a commonly used interview method in public recruitment interviews of public institutions.However,in the actual operation process,there are also problems such as inadequate training of interviewers,difficulty in insight into the comprehensive ability of interviewers,and low correlation between the evaluation questions and job requirements.This paper introduces the structured interview of public institutions in detail,analyzes the current situation of structured interview of public institutions,and puts forward strategies to strengthen the scientific nature of structured interview.
