路径管理模式指导的药师科普服务预防学龄前儿童药源性疾病的价值及对家长用药安全意识的影响

Value of Pharmacists'Science Popularization Service Guided by Path Management Model in Preventing Drug-induced Diseases in Preschool Children and Its Influence on Parents'Medication Safety Awareness

目的:探讨路径管理模式指导的药师科普服务对预防学龄前儿童药源性疾病(DID)及家长用药安全意识的影响。方法:选取2019年9月—2022年6月广州医科大学附属第四医院门诊收治的学龄前肺炎患儿800例为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各400例。对照组家长予以常规用药指导,观察组家长在对照组基础上给予路径管理模式指导的药师科普服务。比较两组患儿Morisky用药依从性问卷(MMAS-8)评分、家长用药安全意识、处方失误率及半年内DID发生情况。结果:干预后,观察组MMAS-8评分及用药依从率高于干预前,且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组家长用药安全意识优于干预前(除对照组使用任何药物之前均咨询医生),观察组家长用药安全意识优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组处方失误率及DID发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:路径管理模式指导的药师科普服务在学龄前儿童门诊用药管理中应用价值显著,可提高患儿用药依从性及家长用药安全意识,降低处方失误率及DID发生率。

Objective:To explore the influence of pharmacists'science popularization service guided by path management model on the prevention of drug-induced diseases(DID)in preschool children and parents'drug safety awareness.Methods:A total of eight hundred preschool children with pneumonia admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from September 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with four hundred cases in each group.Parents of the control group were given routine medication guidance,and parents of the observation group were given pharmacists'science popularization service guided by path management mode on the basis of the control group.The score of Morisky medication compliance questionnaire(MMAS-8),parents'awareness of medication safety,prescription error rate and DID occurrence in half a year were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the MMAS-8 score and medication compliance rate in the observation group were higher than before intervention,and higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After intervention,parents'awareness of drug safety in the two groups was better than that before intervention(except for the control group,they consulted doctors before using any drug),and parents'awareness of drug safety in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The rate of prescription error and DID in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pharmacists'science popularization service guided by the path management model has significant application value in the outpatient drug management of preschool children,which can improve the medication compliance of children and parents'medication safety awareness,and reduce the rate of prescription error and DID.
