小夹板序贯治疗联合手法复位石膏固定对青少年桡骨远端骨折预后的影响

Effect of Sequential Treatment with Small Splint Combined with Manual Reduction and Plaster Fixation on Prognosis of Juvenile Distal Radius Fractures

目的:分析小夹板序贯治疗联合手法复位石膏固定对青少年桡骨远端骨折预后的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月广州市花都区炭步镇中心卫生院外科诊治的青少年桡骨远端骨折患者80例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予手法复位石膏固定,观察组在对照组基础上给予小夹板序贯治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、愈合情况、腕关节功能。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023);观察组外生骨痂出现、骨折线消失时间、桡骨短缩短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组患者握力平均、活动范围、疼痛程度时间、功能障碍评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小夹板序贯治疗联合手法复位石膏固定不仅能够提高青少年桡骨远端骨折临床治疗效果,还能促进关节功能恢复。

Objective:To analyze the effect of sequential treatment with small splint combined with manual reduction and plaster fixation on the prognosis of juvenile distal radius fractures.Methods:A total of eighty adolescent patients with distal radius fracture diagnosed and treated by surgery in Guangzhou Huadu District Tanbu County Central Health Center from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was given manual reduction and plaster fixation,and the observation group was given sequential treatment with small splint on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,healing status and wrist joint function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023);The appearance of exocallus,the time of fracture line disappearance and radius length in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After treatment,the average grip strength,range of motion,pain degree time and dysfunction score of 2 groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small splint sequential treatment combined with manual reduction and plaster fixation can not only improve the clinical treatment effect of juvenile distal radius fractures,but also promote the recovery of joint function.
