西药联合厚朴麻黄汤加减方治疗慢性支气管炎的价值

Value of Combining Western Medicine with Houpu Mahuang Decoction in Treating Chronic Bronchitis

目的:分析西药联合厚朴麻黄汤加减方治疗慢性支气管炎的临床价值。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年12月北京北亚骨科医院门诊治疗的慢性支气管炎患者60例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予厚朴麻黄汤加减方治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、并发症发生率以及生活质量。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011);治疗后,两组患者躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活状态、社会功能评分均升高,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用西药联合厚朴麻黄汤加减方治疗慢性支气管炎效果显著,能有效缓解症状,减少并发症,改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of western medicine combined with Houpu Mahuang Decoction in treating chronic bronchitis.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic bronchitis treated in the outpatient department of Beijing North Asia Orthopedics Hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Houpu Mahuang Decoction on the basis of control group.The treatment effect,complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);The complication rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011);After treatment,the scores of physical function,psychological function,material life status and social function of the two groups were increased,and the treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of chronic bronchitis with Western medicine combined with Houpu Mahuang Decoction has remarkable effect,which can effectively relieve symptoms,reduce complications and improve patients'quality of life.
