中药熏洗治疗联合优质护理对痔疮术后并发湿疹的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Fumigation with Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with High-quality Nursing on Hemorrhoids Complicated with Eczema after Operation

目的:分析中药熏洗治疗联合优质护理对痔疮术后并发湿疹的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月北京市肛肠医院(北京市二龙路医院)收治的痔疮患者100例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予中药熏洗治疗联合优质护理。比较两组患者湿疹治疗有效率、痔疮术后恢复情况。结果:观察组湿疹治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027);观察组术后疼痛缓解时间、术后水肿消失时间以及切口愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:采用中药熏洗治疗痔疮术后并发湿疹,搭配优质护理,具有显著疗效,患者湿疹治疗有效率高,痔疮术后恢复情况好,各项指标改善用时短。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine combined with high-quality nursing on hemorrhoids complicated with eczema after operation.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with hemorrhoids admitted to Beijing Anorectal Hospital(Beijing Erlong Road Hospital)from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with high-quality nursing.The effective rate of eczema treatment and postoperative recovery of hemorrhoids were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of eczema treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027);Postoperative pain relief time,postoperative edema disappearance time and incision healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The use of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of hemorrhoids complicated with eczema after operation,combined with high-quality nursing has a significant effect,the patient's eczema treatment efficiency is high,the postoperative recovery of hemorrhoids is good,and the improvement time of various indicators is short.
