Summary of National Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Chen Baotian's Experience in Treating Vertigo with Zhenxuan Decoction

眩晕是临床常见病症,严重困扰患者日常生活。陈宝田教授认为眩晕病因病机复杂,大多具有虚、风、痰、瘀互结症状,治以基本方拟用苓桂术甘汤合四物汤加龙骨、牡蛎。此为陈老独创之方“镇眩汤”,再以气血亏虚、痰浊上蒙、风阳上扰、肝火上炎、肝肾亏虚、瘀血阻窍等不同见证,随症加减。经过多年临床研究证明镇眩汤治疗眩晕均获得良好疗效。

Vertigo is a common clinical disease,which seriously disturbs the daily life of patients.Professor Chen Baotian believed that the etiology and pathogenesis of vertigo were complicated,most of them had symptoms of deficiency,wind,phlegm and blood stasis.The basic prescription for treatment was Linggui Zhugan Decoction combined with Siwu Decoction plus keel and oyster.This is the original formula of Chen Baotian"Zhenxuan Decoction",and then the qi and blood deficiency,phlegm turbidity on the upper mongolia,wind yang disturbance,liver fire on inflammation,liver and kidney deficiency,blood stasis and other different witnesses,increase and decrease with the syndrome.After many years of clinical studies,it has been proved that Zhenxuan Decoction has good curative effect on vertigo.
