蒙脱石散联合四磨汤中药颗粒治疗肺炎继发腹泻的效果分析

Effect of Montmorillonite Powder Combined with Simo Decoction Granule on Secondary Diarrhea Caused by Pneumonia

目的:探讨蒙脱石散联合四磨汤中药颗粒治疗肺炎继发腹泻的效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年4月滨州市沾化区下洼镇卫生院收治的肺炎继发腹泻患儿82例作为研究对象,运用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用蒙脱石散联合四磨汤中药颗粒治疗。结果:治疗后,两组患儿血清胃泌素(GAS)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平均改善,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患儿症状消失时间与住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。结论:蒙脱石散和四磨汤中药颗粒联合治疗小儿肺炎继发腹泻,可改善血清GAS、5-HT、VIP水平,缩短症状消失时间和住院时间,有效提升治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of montmorillonite powder combined with Simo Decoction granule on secondary diarrhea caused by pneumonia.Methods:A total of eighty-two children with pneumonia secondary diarrhea treated in Binzhou Zhanhua District Xiawa Town Health Center from July 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with forty-one cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with montmorillonite powder combined with Simo Decoction granule.Results:After treatment,the levels of serum gastrin(GAS),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)in 2 groups were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The time of symptom disappearance and hospitalization in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).Conclusion:The combined treatment of montmorillonite powder and Simo Decoction granules can improve the levels of serum GAS,5-HT and VIP,shorten the time of symptom disappearance and hospital stay,and effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
