临床检验生化指标在病毒性肝病患者诊断中的应用分析

Application of Biochemical Indexes in Diagnosis of Viral Liver Disease

目的:分析临床检验生化指标在病毒性肝病患者诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年12月—2023年1月凤冈县人民医院收治的病毒性肝病患者36例作为研究组,选择同期体检者36例作为对照组。两组患者均接受生化检验,比较两组生化检验指标、新型生化指标、肝功能阳性指标。结果:研究组总胆红素(TBiL)、白蛋白、胆碱酯酶(ChE)、总胆酸水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组亮氨酸氨基转肽酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、谷氨酸氨基转移酶、腺苷脱氨酶水平高于对照组,前白蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组ChE、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、TBiL阳性率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:病毒性肝病患者生化检验结果与健康人群差异明显,能够为疾病诊断提供可靠依据。

Objective:To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of biochemical indexes in patients with viral liver disease.Methods:Thirty-six patients with viral liver disease admitted to Fenggang County People's Hospital from December 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study group,and thirty-six patients who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The two groups of patients underwent biochemical examination,and the biochemical examination indexes,new biochemical indexes and positive liver function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of total bilirubin(TBiL),albumin,cholinesterase(ChE)and total cholic acid in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01);The levels of leucine aminotranspeptidase,aspartate aminotransferase,glutamate aminotransferase and adenosine deaminase in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the level of prealbumin was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);The positive rates of ChE,alanine aminotransferase and TBiL in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The results of biochemical examination in patients with viral liver disease are obviously different from those in healthy people,which can provide a reliable basis for disease diagnosis.
