From Party To Society--Research On the Formation Mechanism of Organizational Advantage of the CPC From the Perspective of Social Integration Theory

中国共产党自成立以来在领导中国人民进行新民主主义革命、社会主义革命和建设、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的历史进程中展示出强大的组织优势。中国共产党的组织优势并不局限在执政党自身建设的内部,还表现在通过严密的组织体系所释放出的社会整合能力。基于社会整合理论视角,将党的组织优势的生成机制置于政党和社会的互动空间中加以审视有助于更全面地理解和把握党的组织优势转化为制胜优势的制度逻辑。依托组织优势,中国共产党在长期探索实践中建构起行之有效的“党建引领基层社会治理机制”“党组织领导下的社会动员机制”“党组织领导下的群团组织工作机制”“党员干部直接联系群众机制”“党员先锋模范作用发挥机制”五大社会整合机制,并分别呈现出利益整合、事件整合、组织整合、跨级整合和示范整合等五重面向。

Since its founding,the Communist Party of China has demonstrated strong organizational advantages in leading the Chinese people in the historical process of socialist revolution and construction,reform and opening up,and socialist modernization.The organizational advantage of the Communist Party of China is not limited to the internal construction of the ruling party itself,but also manifested in the social integration ability released through the strict organizational system.Based on the perspective of social integration theory,it is an important way to understand the generation mechanism of the Party's organizational advantage in the interaction space between the party and the society,and it is helpful to fully understand and grasp the institutional logic of transforming the party's organizational advantage into a winning advantage.Relying on the Party's organizational advantages,the Communist Party of China has established five effective social integration mechanisms in long-term exploration and practice:the Party building and guiding social governance mechanism at the grassroots level,the social mobilization mechanism under the leadership of Party organizations,the working mechanism of group organizations,the mechanism of direct contact between Party members and cadres with the masses,and the mechanism of Party members playing a vanguard and exemplary role.There are five aspects:interest integration,event integration,organization integration,cross-level integration and demonstration integration.
