摘要
针对多品种、小批量、高集成开关电源中的平面变压器设计和绘制周期长、效率低、一致性差等问题,提出一种基于平面变压器的绕组绘制算法及自动布线软件系统。通过建立平面变压器绕组的数学模型和参数对象,考虑输入参数约束和算法边界条件,采取绝对坐标系和相对坐标系交互方式进行绕组多点线段相切计算,最终生成平面变压器PCB文件,实现平面变压器绕组全自动布线,极大提高了平面变压器设计和绘制的效率和一致性。
Aiming at the problems oflong period,low efficiency and low consistency design of planar transformers which are applied in multi-variety,small batch and high integration switching power,a winding algorithm and automatic winding software based on planar transformer was proposed.The models and parameters were established.Considering the input constraints and conditions,an interactive method in coordinates was adopted.A PCB document was created in final.With the winding method and software,automatic winding of planar transformer can be achieved,which improved efficiency and consistency in planar transformer design.
